主要研究方向与成果:

主要从事质谱分析方法研究及其在生物大分子和代谢相关小分子的分析中的应用研究。其从事的单细胞分析新技术的研究,一直都是生命科学领域重点关注的焦点之一。我们发展了伴随电喷雾过程的毫秒级别电泳分离技术,进一步整合了低流速电喷雾技术,并兼容膜片钳技术,搭建了单细胞代谢质谱分析平台,最终实现多个代谢物的同时非靶向高灵敏检测,解决了相关领域的一系列技术难题,为生命科学等领域的研究提供了新的表征方法。
