团队负责人主要从事聚电解质膜与电驱动膜过程研究,针对聚电解质膜在固态锂金属电池等储能应用中面临的离子选择性、电化学稳定性和界面适应性等关键瓶颈,通过共价锚定阴离子基团实现了Li+选择性传输;通过原位构筑纳米晶-非晶界面层拓展了电化学稳定窗口;通过引入并优化非共价动态交联网络,实现了自修复与固-液相转化特性的协同集成,突破了界面适应性与枝晶抑制能力相互制约的技术瓶颈。在Nat.Nanotechnol., Nat.Commun., JACS, Angew.Chem., Adv.Mater.等期刊发表一作/通讯(含共同)论文26篇,论文总数60篇,被引4400余次,H因子33。曾获中科院院长优秀奖等荣誉,2025年入选国家级优秀青年人才(海外)。
