致力于金属有机化学研究,在前、后过渡系金属有机化合物的合成及其促进氮气活化与转化方面取得了系列创新成果:
(1)设计合成了全新的多齿碳配体——多炔碳链,构筑了一系列新型多齿碳螯合物;
(2)开发了钛氢簇促进氮气转化为含氮有机物的新体系,提出了氮气与官能团化试剂双活化策略,实现了一系列氮气参与的新反应:包括首例氮气与非活化烯烃的碳-氮偶联反应、首例氮气与二氧化碳的脱氧偶联反应、首例氮气与α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的氮杂迈克尔加成反应、首例氮气与异腈的多重偶联反应等。以第一作者(含共一)在Nature、JACS、ACIE、Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.等期刊上发表论文12篇。
