研究方向: i)生物医药关键组分与药物递送技术开发,如聚前药/高分子前药、脂质体、脂质纳米粒子、蛋白偶联药物等;ii)生物医学诊疗方案开发,如肿瘤、衰老、疼痛、感染与炎症等。iii)功能高分子材料应用开发,如聚氨酯、功能涂层材料等。针对大部分小分子药物水溶性一般、副作用显著等挑战,发展了一种普适性的药物递送策略,即“聚前药polyprodrug”技术,实现药物递送系统“载得多、运得稳、送得准、看得见”,取得系列成果,聚前药技术已经引发基础研究兴趣与产业跟进。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇,论文总引用7000余次,研究论文单篇最高他引500余次,H指数44;获授权中国发明专利10余项。
