有机化学,自由基化学,光化学,药物化学。自由基反应是化学键转化的基本途径之一,由于其反应机制有别于传统离子型反应,因而给近代合成化学注入了新的思想和活力。迄今,关于碳、氮、氧等元素的自由基化学发展迅速。然而,处于同周期的硼元素因其缺电子的性质,被普遍认为很难应用于自由基反应。找到解决该难点的突破口,有望发现新的反应机制,从而给物质科学和生命科学的发展带来新的驱动力。我们课题组围绕该挑战性课题开展研究工作,致力于发展有机硼自由基全新的反应体系。我们将通过调控硼自由基的结构和性质,在碳-硼键的构建、选择性控制和惰性键活化等方面取得进展。以第一通讯作者在Science(2篇), Nat. Chem., Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., CCS Chem. 等国际著名期刊发表论文二十余篇。
