致力于生物质等有机分子的定向催化转化和高效稳定催化剂构建与应用。成果包括建立生物质分子定向剪裁和重构的新方法，打通生物质碳基资源利用的新路线和新过程，丰富绿色化学品品类；发现新型金属-载体强相互作用机制，构建出能够耐受苛刻条件的高效稳定复合磷基非贵金属催化剂。
