主要研究方向:多尺度分子模拟方法的发展及应用;复杂体系自组装; DNA反应网络;Energy landscape方法及其在生物物理体系中的应用 主要研究成果:近年来,致力于软物质从微观动力学到介观宏观热力学和功能的跨尺度调控理论和方法的发展。基于自由能绘景,揭示了多肽二级结构调控多层磷脂组装物理机制;多维度地揭示了DNA分子的多级串联反应机制;发展了DNA串联反应线路的动力学调控手段,应用于胶体粒子组装;提出了基于纳米粒子弹性调控生物膜曲率介导相互作用的新思路;发展了具有“质子晶体管”效应的低毒性pH超敏纳米去垢剂pTNTs(“Proton transistor” Nanodetergents),实现对肿瘤细胞选择性清除。
