围绕如何实现二维材料磁性功能引入和调控,利用二维材料超高的比表面积基本特性,从二维磁性材料分子基础出发,设计表界面化学调控手段,结合现代物理表征和理论分析等多学科交叉,在二维材料表界面配位化学调控引入磁性能及磁电性能优化方面开展工作。这些研究工作主要围绕表界面化学调控方法分子基础,突出二维材料在自旋电子学中的需求和应用导向。取得的成果:(一) 发展“表面配位化学”方法,通过改变二维固体配位结构(配位数,键长,取代),引入单电子,构筑系列二维磁性新结构;(二) 进一步利用“界面配位化学”调控,优化单电子均匀分布,实现长程自旋有序调控,获得二维近室温铁磁体系;(三) 在此基础上提出强电子关联效应调制无机二维原子平面电子输运规律的新思想, 揭示化学调控固体表面态对磁电阻行为的影响规律。
