主要研究方向与成果:
研究方向:i) 功能高分子与光学材料研究,特别是生物医用高分子、聚集诱导发光材料等; ii) 创新生物医药与制剂开发,如聚前药两亲分子、功能蛋白、脂质体等;iii) 生物医学诊疗方案开发,涉及肿瘤、感染与炎症、抗衰修复等。
针对原药水溶性差、副作用大、疗效一般等挑战,发展了一种普适性的药物递送策略,即“聚前药polyprodrug”技术,实现药物递送系统“载得多、运得稳、送得准、看得见”。近年来持续推动聚前药技术的开发与多场景应用研究,取得系列原创成果,发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文40余篇(总他引3100余次),其中影响因子大于10论文24篇,研究论文单篇最高他引425次,H指数38;获授权中国发明专利10项。聚前药技术在基础研究和应用转化两方面均引起国内外广泛关注并被采纳。
