主要研究方向与成果:

研究方向:有机氟合成化学;有机自由基化学;

研究成果:基于“如何实现氟向有机分子的高效、高选择性引入”这一关键科学问题,通过开发“碳-碳还原偶联氟烷基化”反应的研究策略,系统建立了特色镍催化还原偶联氟烷基化新体系,实现了官能团兼容性和底物普适性迄今最优的有机氟合成新反应、新方法,并成功应用于多种类药物和生物活性复杂分子的多样化后期含氟修饰。发表通讯作者论文70余篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (9)Nat. Commun. (3)CCS Chem. (1)Chem. Sci. (5)2012年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2014年获得“Thieme Chemistry Journals Award”2015年获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金项目资助,2017年获得中国科学院“百人计划”终期评估优秀,2021年获得日本学术振兴会JSPS Invitational Fellowships for Research in Japan (Short-term)
